I have had to replace the front right cv axel2 times in less than a year and half .first the rubber boot bust after a while ,the soon after the bearing gs give way .why is this happening.

Coincidence. The wheel bearing probably needed to be replaced, and something probably flue up from the road while driving to tear the CV boot. If you would have caught the CV boot being torn, you could have just replaced the boot.
