My 03 Sierra quit running while driving. Gauges clicking while ignition is off. Battery died rapidly

Truck quit running while driving.  No
power anywhere.  Gauges clicking up
and down.  Turn signal on without
being active

Check alternator is working, you might have lost electrical power when battery ran down until engine quit. Running undervoltage until that happened can cause all sorts of spurious electrical hijinks with computer modules. So get charging system checked out, recharge battery or replace it, and see if that fixes problem.
