Sounds like it is going to be a fuel issue. Fuel pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. Hook that fuel pressure gauge back up and build up fuel pressure on the gauge. Turn the key off and watch the fuel pressure gauge. The fuel pressure should not drop more than 5 lbs. in three minutes. If it does then you have a leaking spider injection assembly. But to be sure of this you would have to dead head the fuel pump to see what the fuel pressure is and if it holds also. 55 lbs is also an indication that the fuel pump is on its way out.
