Rear tire tilt

Rear tire will tilt when on a slope or turning
on a slope I have a 99 gmc sierra c 1500
what will cause this to happen

Sounds normal. You have a rigid axle which means it will tilt to the slope it is on.

No it never done it be for it looked like the studies were going to break off on it I thought it might be the leaf springs
