Sierra cranks but no start

97 GMC Sierra 350 vortex , auto,red. Had
a cat code a while ago, bank 2. Tech said
no biggie and I could still drive it. Well after
that it started acting like it was out of gas,
sputtering and stalling but it would restart.
Found a fuel leak at inlet and return lines at
meter body assembly. Put in new o rings
and flat washers, no more leak but still
won’t start. I have fuel
Pressure and fuel pump is good, have
good spark so no idea what’s going on.
Plus there’s a noise coming from the
assembly plugin. Any ideas or
suggestions? Am now at my wits end
