I had to redo an oil change because the wrong oil grade was used. What are some additional things i can do to ensure nothing goes wrong with mt truck

did you redo the oil change before driving it? if you drove it with the wrong oil, chances are the damage is already done if any damage is to occur. if you changed it immediately before driving it then you should have no issues. it also depends on what you mean by "wrong oil"... if you used 10w-30 instead of the 5w-30 you shouldn't have any real issues... 5w-30 is just the recommended oil weight for the average environment
