I have a 1996 GMC 1500 ext cab and I have a 1989 chevy 1500 I want to put the doors w/ power locks & Windows and no big crease dent, motor 5.7L & TH350 Trans from '89 in to the '96 gmc that has a 5.0L vortec w/ 300000 miles & 4L60e trans will doors fit and how big of a headache am I looking at?

Honestly, I'd just drive the 89. That is a lot of electrical work and it will take a lot of patience. I know the engine and transmission can be carried over but I'm not sure about the doors because of the inside panel difference. If you decide to do this, I wish you the best
