choking and wont rub

I changed my fuel pump & injectors on my 96 sierra 5.7
then i did a rebuild and cammed now when i turn it on and
accelerate it chokes and wont run at all. What might the
problem be??

It MIGHT be that the electronic engine controls are not programmed to run that new cam- this isn't the old days when you could throw a cam into a V8 and the carb would just throw gas down into it-

You will either need a chip, or have the OBDII reprogrammed to your motor specs.
