like i said tranyy wont shift unless u get rpms up and let off it check to make sure that harnesses r hooked up they r could it b bad harness dosent slip what bout nuteral switch i dont no

Shift Solenoid could be the culprit....4L60E transmissions are weak and may need to a replacement tranny or rebuild the one you have.
