Maybe u kinked it or damaged it wen putting new one in? Did u use a good quality seal ? Why not not try one more time? How bout uusing a little silicone around seal to seal a lil better?

If it leaks when it sits over nite or for a few hrs. check for a crack in the dip stick tube. Because when the vehicle sits not running some of the fluid drains out of the torque converter back into the pan which in turn raises the fluid level and if there is a crack in the tube or ripped tube seal it will leak.
