What transmission has more gears that I can replace my 4L 60 E with

This is the fourth time this transmission has been out of this truck I don't want
to put it back in again. I'm looking for an upgrade. I would prefer something
with more years. In 94 the speed limit was 55, Now it is 65.

4L60 is a good transmission. Get it to someone that knows what they are doing to get it repaired correctly.
