Probably need to start checking it over for a tune-up, the fuel regulator should be looked at,(test with a fuel pressure gauge) injectors probably dirty. Also check the EGR valve, may be bad or need cleaning of carbon deposits. May be stuck open.
Well it ended up being a melted vacume line. The plastic one on the backside of the TBI.
Sounds like it has a miss sometimes with fuel laoding problem
