Just dropped a motor in my 94 GMC Sierra 350 5.7
l TBI it rolls over but don't start what next

Did you check the fuel pressure and did you check fotmr spark . Also is the timing correct

Yes check for spark and the proper fuel pressure. Fuel pressure should be 9 to 13 lbs. Also make sure your firing order is correct, and that the distributor is installed correctly.
