I have no brake lights no running lights no blinkers
in the rear end are there checked all my fuses I
changed all the bulbs in the back what else could it
be

Need to start checking on how far back the power runs, use a test light and start at the sockets for the bulbs checking for power, then back to the plugin. More than likely you should find the problem in that stretch.

It's typically a grounding issue when you have a global problem like that. If you can locate the ground wire in the harness, tap into it and route a new ground wire to the frame somewhere. If you have a meter to test voltage, that would be the way to go. Test to verify 12v positive at or near the socket using the other lead of the meter to ground. If you have 12vdc at the socket, it's a grounding problem.
