www.youtube.com/watch?v=32jdxVGQr2w --- this is for a 98 silverado but I believe that yours will be the same or similar. Video not that good but does show location. Hope this helps

I seen the video but when I looked up how much it would cost to replace the switch it shows a picture of the neutral switch and it is totally different then what the video was showing.

1991 is in the steering column. Pull the steering wheel.
