Question type: Maintenance & Repair

WHEN I START TO DRIVE,THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER GOES DEAD AND THE LOW/HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHTS QUICKLY BLOW OUT SOON AFTER.ALSO,WHEN I STOP AT A LIGHT,THE TRANSMISSION SEEMS LIKE ITS IN A ODD GEAR TO START OR SOMETIMES MAYBE NEUTRAL.CAN HEAR WHAT SEEMS TO BE A RELAY CLICKING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FIREWALL.WHEN STOPPED AT A LIGHT,THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER COMES BACK ON,BUT THE VOLTAGE GUAGE READS TOO HIGH AS YOU START TO MOVE.....BAD GROUND?BAD FUSE?SHORT?....ANY HELP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED...
