I can’t identify wiring underneath the driver seat

I am removing the front seats to fix floor rust underneath the driver seat.
There’s a large box and a small box. Both of them have wiring. Some of that
wiring goes into the floor of the van. I don’t know what this is can anyone tell
me what this is and if I need to keep it.
