My car turns over but won't start and my fuel pump
don't kick on

Test power to your fuel pump by locating the pump, disconnect the connector, and use a node light or test light to see which is power. Most cars will not show voltage unless the key is being turned. If there is still no power check crank position sensor is my best guess. Good luck
