How to fix a front-end ventaliation system that stopped blowing air?

Asked by Snowell Feb 22, 2014 at 10:31 PM about the 1999 Dodge RAM Van 3500 Extended Cargo RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

On the road today it was cold, but not as cold as we have seen this winter.  Also, little to no wind & no snow.  While driving (less than 30 minutes), the whole front-end ventilation system stopped blowing air.  The back-end is still working without issue.  We are getting no blowing air for any setting.  How do I fix this without having to pay for a repair shop?

Can you hear the blower working? If so possibly a damper/mode door issue in your dash.
