why my 1999 dodge3500ramvan starts one day but not the next.

van gets fuel gets spark new cap rotor&plgs i drive it one day maby 2or3 days maby a few hours.I go home shut her off might start might not.van has done this for four five month.last drove van 12 4 2012.van has not started yet.please help its our handicap van for my dad .thanks any advice would help.

Try some starting fluid to determine if it's the fuel or the ignition. If it fires on the fluid, you know that the problem is on the fuel delivery.
