loss of power

Starts well,idles well but very little power under full acceleration

could be lots of things, I'd start by checking for codes, is the engine light on? Check the intake/air filter, possible plugged somehow...mice like to build nests in there. Then I'd check fuel pressure, if its within spec, my next guess would be plugged cat. converter, then check timing and spark.
