Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought this van with a wheelchair lift for my wife.  The horn does not work.  The
horns were bad, but when I put new ones on, they don't work either.  I know they are
good as I tested them.  The fuse box only has number and does not tell me what
fuse goes to what.  Can anyone help me?  It is a conversion van.

Hot- wire a switch and fuse right off the battery or any other battery source and skip the harness and steering wheel area switches. after all, it is a van !!! I still have an Ahoo-gah in one of mine, and a air horn in the other !
