Transmission trouble

Help!!! Just put a new transmission in my 91
explorer. It's starts right up but will not move! Do I
need to run it for awhile till the fluid gets around or
does anyone know what could cause this???

If the front converter does not pop in the bell housing is ualuslly diffcult to install but not always ,check and make sure you have the correct fluid level.. and make sure your shift cable is adjusted correctly
