clutch adjustment

it probably has a slave cylander and it is probably going out, or your clutch and pressure plate need to be replaced because if you can shift without pressing the clutch in you have pressure build up somewhere one of the three listed above is bad if not all three.

My car lugs down when in gear and wiil run when it's in nutrual what would cause that plus it goes right to the floor and stay there
