Does Dodge not make the mini van with locking steering columns any more?I have a 06 grand that has no steering locks also my neighbors.Why?

it is because there is a pats system in the car personal anti theft system in the car and has the chip in the key. even if they were to turn the lock with out the right key in the ign they cant unlock the shifter with out having power. there is no need for the steering lock anymore. there are still cars that have it.
