I have a 2003 dodge grand caravan sport 3.8l v6
when the van sits for awhile it will not start all it
does is makes a loud clicking noise and all the
relays click really fast after 20 min of trying to
start. It finally turns over could this be a ground
making it so this

First check connections at starter making sure they are nice and tight if ok starter going bad. The next vehicle does not want to start try tapping on starter with a hammer while starting vehicle at the same time if vehicle starts replace starter.
