No power to radio and doors won't lock/unlock without engine on. What do I do?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan. Out of the blue, the doors won't unlock
or lock without the ignition on. If the engine is running it will unlock though. I
have no power going to the radio display. I checked all the fuses and none of
them look burnt out or bad. I'm thinking maybe I need to try to replace them
anyway? I'm up a creek here besides that.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

Do you have power to your instrument cluster/gauges? I would go buy a tester & test every fuse you have. I thought my BCM was bad because I checked all the fuses & they looked good. After 1 BCM & an instrument cluster, I went back to the fuses. I tested every one & 2 were bad. None of which had to do with the power to my instrument cluster, turn signals, radio etc. One was labeled rear wiper lmao Hope this helps if you haven't figured it out yet.
