There seems to be 2 panels to remove under the dash on my 2006 pt cruiser.Do these just pry off with a screw driver?and what order do they come off?Top one first or bottom one?

Where under the dash are you talking about? There is a panel directly under the steering column that will just pull down... you have to do that to take off the panels covering the steering column to change out your multi-function switch. The bottom panel of these two is held in place by screws.

Where are the screws you are talking about for the panel

You, too? I cannot find anywhere, including the manual, the describes the pt cruiser that has the additional kick panel air bag UNDER the steering, hence the two panels. Removing it was effort of figuring it out, but re-assembly was pretty straight forward.
