ur not getting signal or ur car its not starting ?... if ur not getting any signal to ur dashboard the problem can be on ur fuel pump sensor ........if ur car its not getting any fuel on to ur engine there can be a couple problems ... ur turbo can be not putting enough power so your intake valve its probably not opening .... ur boos control sensor can be bad so ur cpu its not resiving a signal

did you check the ASD relay to make sure that it is not shutting you down...pluck it and see if it switches off~

the fuel pressure regulator is vacuum driven...see if this hose is still connected and NOT leaking...replace all butyl rubber hoses with silicone for maximum reliability~

check the voltage AT the fuel pump (12V when on)...turn the key to the "on" position without starting to see if you can hear fuel circulating thru the loop~

of course the basics...the battery has to be newer than 5 years old...The Black cable needs to be wirebrushed shiny and the point on the chassis/ground that it attaches to....and let's not forget that 1/0 battery cable to the motor block (near the alternator usually) so that you will have FULL power at the starter~...and to the ECU brain that does not do well under 'brown power' conditions~

judges...jury?...jeez, I hope I helped ya, had to use one thimbleful brain power to bring these answers to you...remind me of a fellow who I'd buy a whole fleet of $150 cars to get through the Wisconsin winters with...yes he wore plaid and smoked a pipe...was a beautiful person and would let me have the cars without payin' drove perhaps a dozen cars from that guy~ TRADER'S AUTO MART, villard Ave

I'm going through the same thing with my 2005 non turbo. It appear the fuel pump relay starts the process How the fuel pump relay works When the ignition is first started or turned on, the fuel pump relay activates. Then, it sends an electrical current to activate the fuel pump. Once the fuel pump is activated, it begins to pump gasoline so the starter engages and triggers the vehicle to start and continue to run. The fuel pump remains on while the car is running, but once the car starts, the fuel pump relay’s job is done and shuts down. The oil sending unit gives the fuel pump power and sends oil pressure data to the vehicle’s computer. When the key is off and the engine shuts down, the fuel pump relay switches on again for a short period to turn off the electrical power to the fuel pump. This ensures that the fuel is no longer pumping through the gas tank and fuel lines. My guess is its a faulty ground on mine IM going crazy trying to find it some say the ground on the coil could cause it others say ground in PCM or sending unit on my non turbo on the pump in the gas tank uhhhggg but I'm looking for power loss age first hers a diagram of PCM wiring grounds https://www.autozone.com/repairguides/PT- Cruiser-2001-2005/Ground-Distribution/Ground- Distribution-15-of-18/_/P-0996b43f802e2b23
