How does one change the visor light bulb?

If you take a small flat head screwdriver, you can pry very gently the edges of the whole mirror trim off visor. I had to cut the white plastic flap off from the back of bulb... and used rubber gloves to pull out the lamp... I only hope that the mirror snaps back to the visor lol...
