2004 pt cruiser interior fuse box

Hi guys  , my nr 8 interior fuse ( fog lights ) has no
sort of color wire running at the back of the fuse
box like the others , does anybody know what color
that wire ought to be or look like maybe ? thanks in
advance

its wires should right beneath or next to the blue and red/green wire closes to my thumb in the picture except there is NO wires whatsoever which is very confusing man ?
