My PT cruiser is bubbling  and making funny noises
and when we put 50-50 into the reservoir it leaks
out the bottom and also The heater used to work
but now it does it what do I do

Fix the coolant leak! Low coolant will cause an overheating and potentially ruined engine and no heat to passenger compartment. All your symptoms can be attributed to leaking coolant.
