well not start dash light come on and head light come very light

pt 2004 turbo wont start. nothing does nothing dash lights come on head lights but very dim

A 2004: have you ever bought a new battery? If not; no matter if this is the reason for the trouble right now, you need a new one anyway. Does it jump start, tried that? If it jump starts, back to battery first, then alternator. If that battery has been in there 10 years it has served you very well. Far better than most. Now if the battery is not so old, check and make sure the terminals are corrosion free and have alternator tested.
