What wrong with my PT cruiser why can't I get it to run

My PT cruiser will not start or turn over and
the battery fine an it just will not come on
nothing no radio nothing I can not Evan put
my window up it was working fine this week
but it been shutting on an off while I have
been driving it not good

I can not start my car and it want turn over battery fine but I can not turn the car on at all the radio does not come on neither do the window to go up and there down idk what to do

I have tried everything and nothing has worked it was working fine this week but it would drive and then shut off while I was driving it but today I went to turn it on and now it want Evan start nothing

Have you checked the fuses? Is the accessory hot wire still hooked up?
