I have a 2003 PT cruiser and I am having a issue with the fuse that controls power to the computer to car blowing the fuse. The fuse under the horn in the fuse box under the hood.

We replaced the fuse once and it
blew a 2 nd time after about 60
miles.

Sounds like you have short in your computer or a wire going to it. Check connections at the computer making sure its tight and no corrosion.
