I have a 03 pt cruiser turbo it sprung a bad oil leak and now it won't start?

Asked by gabby5412 Dec 14, 2014 at 08:30 AM about the 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT Wagon FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had noticed the oil light came on and tried
making it home. It shut off luckily in my
driveway. I had the leak fixed and added oil
and all it does is makes one click but won't
turn over. I'm not sure if it seized or if the
sensor that turned it off needs to be reset.

About 4 and a half quarts low. It had leaked a good bit in a short time you could see a line of oil where It had been following me. I had drove it about 20 minutes.
