Pt cruiser wont do anything

I bought a 03 pt cruiser, the person I bought it from
changed out the heater core and only got it a quarter of
thee way put back together before he sold it to me,.I finish
putting it back together and the only thing working is horn
and front running lights, what could the issue be

I hope you got the van for free because you will have to spend a small fortune putting it back together. Mechanics change over a hundred bucks and hour and this could take days to fix. I would probably scrap it.
