My 03 PT Cruiser is not blowing cold. Bought it used and they had just put a brand new radiator in the day before. Said the guy mechanic may not have hooked something back up as it was fine before.

Radiator cools off engine, your compressor produces a/c. You may be low on freon, thus your a/c won't work. If you know where compressor is you can check to see if it turns on or off as you engage the switch in cab. Start there.
