I can't find the relay fan switch on my 2002 PT

Does it overheat at highway speeds, say 45+ mph? If so, it's not the fan. There is more than enough air-flow at 40mph or so to make fan useless and redundant. But the fuse is in underhood PDC #5 and relays as shown, click image Page 284 - http://cdn.dealereprocess.com/cdn/servicemanuals/chrysler/2004-ptcruiser.pdf
