does a california mustang licensed in NC need to use california computer E9ZF 12A650 AA if not what would computer code be for NC

A) The original can't be reflashed by the Ford Dealer? B) Go to the junkyard and pull one from a similar vehicle.

That is my real question AA is special for California there are at least 10 other codes what code will work correctly in my car i need a new computer and the AA are harder to get and probably detuned so i might end up with a little more power
