Gear Shift issue:When I'm in higher gears it is fine but going from 0-45 it doesn't change gears till the rpm reaches at least 3000? Any answers?

3000 rpm is not that high but the shift point would depend on how much gas you are giving it. A light throttle might see it shift lower but floored it might not shift until 5 or 6 grand.
