Is there a sensor between the compressor
and the accelerater on a 2004 Ford taurus
wagon?

The dealership said that may be what is causing my car to hesitate at take off and even when driving. They did a tune up on it and changed the manifold gasket. Today I took it back and was told "we don't know what is wrong with it ". So now what?
