Is this a battery or an electrical issue??

For the past couple of days when I tried to start my car, it's AS IF the battery is dead for a
few minutes. The dash is blank, there are no sounds and the radio is dead, even when
turning the key. A few minutes later, without not doing a thing, everything goes back to
normal and the car starts up just fine. This has happened three times now. What could the
issue be? The battery is fine.

Remove and clean battery terminals and check and tighten connections to starter solinold and starter.

I heard somewhere that you can use Coke to clean corroded terminals. Is this true?

Yes but it just cleans the outside you need to remove terminals and clean between the battery post and the terminal.

It could be the battery terminals or worst case scenario, it could be the switch going bad.
