circuit breaker receives power from power distribution maxifuse, perhaps. Power distribution is underhood. Without a circuit breaker you would be concerned with replacing fuses all the time. Ford has been putting the breaker in the fuse panel for ages, but a glance at your owners manual can save frustration.

If you find circuit protection is ok and power is sent to the master switch, you may find your issue there. they can fail for several reasons or break wires at the pass thru where the driver door hinges.
