Hey guys I was wondering if there was any
way I could increase the horse power of
my 06 focus for cheap and if not is there a
way to make it loud cheaply?

Want it as loud as possible? Have a muffler shop chop off the muffler and straight pipe it. Just remember, I said "if you want it as loud as possible", not "if you want it to sound totally awesome with a great tone". You're not going to pull much power out of that engine no matter what you do.
