Coolant overflow

I have a 2002 ford focus. I have too add
water or anti freeze everytime brfore i drive
it. It never over heats while im driving it. But
when i stop it shoors out the over flow hot.
Change thermostat and water pump. Any
ideas???

I would check the coolant overflow resevoir and its cap. Sometimes the cap can become worn and no longer seal the cooling system completely. This will result in evaporation and in extreme cases over flow. I would start there (its an easy and inexpensive fix). Best of luck!
