My windshield wipers and windows and heater stopped working at once on a 2002 ford focus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Could it be the ignition switch? Recently sometimes I have to wiggle the key before it will catch and crank. Or could I have a relay or fuses go out at once

I was at a red light when my windshield wipers just came on and then went off. Seconds later I pulled into a fast food place to get breakfast and realized my window would not work, I tried the wipers and they didn't work and then I realized my heat was no longer blowing... it all happened at once this morning. I will start with the fuses first. I was wondering about the switch, I have found a Smart lock ignition switch at Advance auto and it says that the new keys are coded but they cannot be programmable. Does that mean even if I have a new switch installed I would have to have my car reprogramed? if so what would that take?

Thank you for your help. I will check the fuses first. and then address the key and switch.
