No break lights

I am getting no power to my break light fuse
....changed the fuse with 3 different new
ones and with a test light i am not getting
and power

Does the fuse blow, is that why you replaced it? Do the windshield wipers work? The reason I ask, several fuses receive voltage from the same source as the brake fuse, if those systems work, then something wrong with wiring circuit to the brake fuse, maybe the fuse box? There is another fuse, fuse 1--40 amp under hood fuse box. If the wipers work, it isn't that fuse.
