Motor swap no crank --------- on odomiter

. I have an 02 Ford Focus I swap the motor out the
new motor came out the new motor wasn't out of
the car that was an automatic and my car's as x 3
standard everything seems to be hooked up right
but I'm getting a no crank when I turn the key and
dashes on the odometer never had no problem
with the ECU before even backed it up before I did
the motor swap can anybody help

I I change the flywheel before I put the motor back in I change the speed sensor and I had to change out the throttle body and fuel rail wiring harness I've checked all the grounds but I will try ground in the transmission and the ECM one more time
