Your mileage will go down, possibly quite dramatically, if only because the more power you add, the harder it is to keep your foot off the gas...at least in my personal experience. I'd try junkyards if you're looking for one on the cheap, although you need to remember that you need more than just the blower to make it work; you also are going to need the intake piping (which is significantly different on forced-induction vehicles) the MAF or MAP sensor off a forced-induction motor, and probably the ECU as well, at very least. You'll probably need to widen the exhaust a little bit as well to handle the increased airflow. Basically what I'm trying to say is, there's no *real* way to convert to forced-induction "cheap"...your best bet is going to be taking your time, and saving up the couple grand you'll need to do it right.
